Blue 4 was founded and is led by Greg Coates, a licensed architect with over 35 years of experience in architecture, real estate development, and construction management. He directed an architectural practice for 19 years, served as an officer within a New England design-build/construction management firm, and spent 15 years providing nationwide design and construction due diligence and oversight for investors, developers, and lenders.
Greg brings a comprehensive perspective across all project phases, from site and building analysis through entitlement, design, and construction. His expertise includes investment due diligence, value-add and repositioning strategies, design review and construction oversight.
