Ivy Station – Los Angeles, CA (under construction) – 240,000 SF Office, 47,000 SF Retail, 200 Apartments, and a 148 Room Boutique Hotel on 5.53 acres. Project includes three 5-6 story buildings, a 3-level subterranean parking structure with 1,521 spaces, and 2.27 acres of open space.
